WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN SHLUCHIM GRANTS

I fully realize that my voluntary participation in Shluchim Grants has certain risks inherent to any such activity.  In consideration of permission to participate in this activity, I fully assume the risks associated with such voluntary participation, including the risk of injury, privacy, loss and/or harm to myself, and/or third parties as a result of my participation.

 I, the undersigned, agree for myself, my spouse, children and heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, assigns, and successors in interest, to release and hold harmless Ariber Grants Services, Inc. dba Shluchim Grants  and any and all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees (hereinafter, “Released Parties”) from and against blame or liability, however caused, for any injury, fatality, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience, or damage of any type suffered or sustained as a result of and/or related to my participation in the Shluchim Grants.  I agree, promise and covenant not to sue, assert or otherwise maintain or assert any claim against Released Parties for any injury, fatality, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience, or damage of any type suffered or sustained as a result of and/or related to my participation in the Shluchim Grants and/or from any claim asserted against me by third parties; I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from all defense costs, including attorneys’ fees, and/or from any other costs incurred in connection with such claims. I agree that Shluchim Grants may make official announcements concerning my receipt of non medical related grants on all public forums and websites.

 I have read the foregoing and understand its contents and sign the same as my own free act.  I will abide by all the established rules and observe good practices during my participation in Shluchim Grants.
